Home School
Three ways to home school a child:
- Through the local school district (refer to SC 59-65-40)
- Through the South Carolina Association of Independent Home Schools (refer to SC 59-65-45)
- Through a private home school association (refer to SC 59-65-47)
Requirements:
- The parent or guardian must hold at least a high school diploma or GED certificate
- Refer to the individual statues for more specific requirements
