good afternoon my name is Paige Elmore and I'm the director of special education for the Jasper County School District the staff Spotlight for the Department of special education for the month of March is mr. Perry from Ridgeland Elementary Miss aparri currently teaches students with disabilities in the developmental kindergarten class her students range in age from 3 to 5 years old party has done a phenomenal job keeping in contact with her and providing services to her students during virtual instruction her classroom is always active and full of joy you can often find Mister Paris and mid Vance are song and surrounded by Young students my hat goes off to miss the Paris as she is brace the challenges this year has presented and not only risen to the occasion but it's done so through problem solving teamwork and with a smile on her face missing Atari and her classroom team definitely deserve recognition for a job well done congratulations in safari I'm Jennifer Carter director Finance employee Spotlight for this month will be in his Kathleen Martin Barnett who was our accounts payable specialist here in the district Miss Barnett testing without district for approximately and she's worked in various areas of procurement as well as the accounts payable function she's well-versed in AP as well as procurement congratulations mrs. Barnett on your accomplishment greetings this is Miss Jefferson be principal here at Hardeeville Elementary School we are here once again with our spotlighted educator of the month of March binder if you want an educator who data career-oriented and to just always eager to deliver instruction that Messiah great job thank you thank you thank you so very much for all the great things that you do for us students here at heart Elementary School continue to do great things greetings my name is mr. Bellamy proud principal of Hardeeville Ridgeland middle school and this month's Mark Spotlight is Miss not Rita Austin who serves as the career facilitator Hardeeville Ridgeland Middle School it has taken on several new roads are this year are additional roles I'm she is also serving right now as our parent liaison a role that she formally I had and it's showing that we are building a formidable relationship with our parents and we are reaching out to them eats month she's also working in her role as career facilitator and on our connecting and supporting I'm as an overflow class for us teachers who are not here teachers who have more than our maximum capacity of students in the building she is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty every afternoon you can see her at a car rider line at she has so graciously took the lead in that on that effort for our school for the last two years the work that Miss Austin does I can never ever ever be appreciated enough and we are just so grateful for her willingness and her continued to Commitment not just to Hardeeville Ridgeland middle school with to our students to our parents into our staff so this month I am in the recognized mr. Rita Austin our March Spotlight greetings I'm Sean Shelton director of Technology at Jasper County School District the month of March I'm happy to recognize Sean Stanzi on check and that Hardeeville campus for employee Spotlight we appreciate his tremendous effort and time that he's put in since joining the team since joining the Jasper County team we have been impressed by his great enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally Shawn is a hard worker that goes above and beyond to ensure that his campus is ready for whatever comes at day he has become an integral member of the technology team I look forward to seeing his continued growth and Future it says Mr sanzio on we thank you for all you do to push Jasper County forward good evening my name is Seneca Baines with the office of student services and this month we are spotlighting doctor LR dr. Jenkins has done an outstanding job working with our students who have had attendance issues and having issues with truancy since you stepped into the role he has done home visits countless on business everyday he's going out searching for our students and reaching out to the community to ascertain some support to make sure that all students are being provided the absolute best education possible and that day all present and accounted for dr. Dinkins thank you for all that you do for our students is Robert McLaren I am the director of dining services for Jasper County School District and for the month of March I would like to nominate Avella Roberts hazard shining star I guess you could say she's an amazing person she's always on time friendly kind beautiful smile always always kind you know she's she's has a heart of gold is very diligent in the work that she does she shows up to work long time everyday that she can you know she she helps take care of her mother from what I understand so she does Miss once in awhile for that but overall she's always at work whenever we're having to shut down the school for some form of shelter she helps out every single time she's there early she stays late as she needs to she helps out with anything and everything in the kitchen and like I said gif a golden a golden heart and always helping thank you greetings Jasper County School District family I'm Renata green principal of Ridgeland Elementary School this month we would like to shine the light on Sarah Salzman mrs. Salzman is our lead esol teacher she doesn't exceptional job of assisting our students with understanding information and English and in Spanish she does a great job of monitoring the imagine learning program she also goes to the classroom and she does pull out with students that need additional help and support she's always coming down to the main off is to assist our parents who need someone to translate again the Saltzman is an all-around All-Star and we want to shine a light on her this month thank you mr. Altman greetings I am the problem original Honey brown high school my name is dr. Marla Westbrook I'll March Spotlight staff member of the month is Miss Nicole Parker Miss Parker Services at English teacher in the English Department she's an international teacher been here with us now for about five years she is one of the top performing teachers in our district as well as at ridgeland-hardeeville high school for the first year of the English to end of assessment her class outperformed the state her class perform at an 85 to 95% pass rate which is phenomenal she have a firm indirect way of working with students at making sure that they are engaged to keep them involved and to keep their attention she knows how to get the students acclimated she knows how to keep their attention well and she is quite an awesome teacher we are so fortunate to have Miss Parker here at Regional High School and she is so deserving for this act Lee again I congratulate I'll March Spotlight teacher of the month Nicole Parker my name is Keith wasn't on the director of Transportation this month we will highlight mr. or for his nonpareil dedication of Pupil Transportation mister or your tenacity is an asset to his organization I appreciate your altruism in your ability thanks for not being antipathetic when it comes to other duties as assigned thanks for bailing me my trends your adoration for work and or Pupil Transportation Zagreb all your attitude has ameliorated is Operation your temperament connotes cooperation your Equanimity I do sit the best night Barbers and your potassium is invaluable gratulations on the nomination and God bless good evening my name is Wesley terrill on the Human Resources Director for the school district on this month's employee lights for the spotlights on is Miss Vivian Smiley Vivian Smiley is our benefits coordinator for the district she is always on top of things when it comes with benefits if there are things that need to be done you know you put it in his hand and she carry she will carry it out thankful for Miss Vivian and her knowledge and benefits and I'm thankful part of the team how you doing I'm Darryl Goodwin the supervisor for custodial services for Jasper County schools in this month's staff Spotlight is Stephanie Lee She's a supervisor at Hardee's school she wants the whole school only have one supervisor there during the daytime and that's definitely she she's a great leader she's eager to take on difficult task she's one of those workers that you we have to teach her things one time and she takes a run with him she's a very valuable and I think Stephanie has a really bright future and I'm fortunate to have them that but like it's definitely
