Jasper County School District is accepting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for painting services at the Ridgeland K-12 and Hardeeville K-12 campuses.
The project includes surface preparation and painting of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, doors, door frames, gym walls, bathroom sink countertops, and other designated areas.

📅 Sealed Bids Due: Thursday, July 2, 2026, by 10:00 a.m.

📣 Invitation for Bid: Vape Detection and Life Safety Sensors
Jasper County School District is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide a Vape Detection and Life Safety Sensor System for designated student common areas across District campuses.
The project includes vape/life safety sensors, certified CAT6A Hubbell cabling, installation, configuration, cloud services, MonitorCast integration, real-time alerts, training, warranty, and support.
The system shall support detection for vape, THC, cigarette smoke, masking/tampering, aggression, gunshot, glass break, loitering, people counting, occupancy, air quality, device offline notifications, and related safety events.

Jasper County School District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide baseball and softball field maintenance services. The scope includes twice-weekly maintenance of the baseball and softball fields, parking lot, and driveway; pine straw application twice per year; athletic field seeding, fertilization, and turf maintenance during non-playing months; irrigation system inspection, maintenance, and repair; and landscape plant maintenance.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Boardroom of the Jasper County School District Office, 10942 N. Jacob Smart Blvd., Ridgeland, SC 29936.
Questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than July 13, 2026.
Sealed proposals must be received by July 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Proposals may be mailed or hand-delivered to Christopher Taylor, Director of Safety / Maintenance, Attn: RFP 25-26-ATH-001, Jasper County School District, 10942 N.
