JASPER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD MEETING LIVE-STREAMING

The Jasper County School District Board of Trustees will hold a special called board meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

The board meeting will be virtually conducted via Live link. Therefore, the Board of Trustees will not meet at a physical location during this time to ensure the safety of all.

3:00pm Executive Session (Closed to the public)
3:45pm Public Session (Will be Broadcast Live via Live link)

At 3:00 p.m. the Executive Session will be conducted in closed session and not available to the public. Public session will resume at 3:45 p.m.

January 14, 2021 (Jasper County, S.C.) – On Tuesday, January 18, 2022 our school buses will deliver meal kits, following regular bus routes, between 10am and 1pm. Meal kits, breakfast and lunch for three days, will be delivered. Curbside pickup of meals is also available, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Curbside pickup will be available in the bus loop area of each campus.

Jasper County School District was notified today, January 11, 2022, of a third confirmed positive COVID-19 case in a specific class. Contact tracing is underway; however, the decision has been made to close the specified class at HES.

Jasper County School District was notified on, January 6, 2022, of a confirmed positive COVID-19 case. At the completion of contact tracing, the decision has been made to close a class at RES. Parents have been notified. Click to view full release....

Jasper County School District will resume normal schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, January 4, 2022. All staff and students will report to school for in-person learning. As a reminder, masks must be properly worn by all staff, students, and visitors on all district campuses as well as school buses. Also, metal detectors will be in use at all district facilities.
