UCSB's Math Opportunities in the Summer (MOS) Program is currently accepting applications for students who attend Ridgeland Secondary Academy of Excellence and Hardeeville Junior & Senior High School. The program will take place from July 7 to July 13, 2024, and is open to rising juniors and seniors. This camp is free of charge.

On February 14, the JC CATE Aerospace Program students and RSAE 8th grade students attended the CTE Showcase held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The event provided an opportunity for CTE centers from across the state of South Carolina to gather and exhibit the skills and knowledge that their students have acquired throughout the year. During the showcase, the Aerospace engineering students demonstrated their drone obstacle course. They were even visited by SC State Superintendent of Education, Ellen Weaver.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We invite you to attend our Dual Enrollment Parent Night presentations for our high school scholars. This opportunity is available to qualifying high school students and could significantly reduce the cost of their college education. By participating in this program, your student can lighten their college course load and explore potential career paths and majors while still in high school. JCSD will cover the cost of your student earning an associate degree or professional certification.

We hope you will consider attending our information session and learning more about this accessible and valuable program.
