🎾 A GRAND OPENING! A GRAND OPPORTUNITY! BUILDING ON THE BRILLIANCE OF JASPER! 🎾

Jasper County School District celebrated an exciting milestone on Thursday, October 22, with the Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of the new Ridgeland High School Tennis Courts!

Thanks in part to a $126,000 grant awarded by the United States Tennis Association (USTA), the district has added four new tennis courts, creating opportunities for our student scholars to learn the game, develop new skills, stay active, and discover a lifelong passion for tennis!

The celebration brought together district leadership, community partners, special guests, and student scholars to recognize this investment in Jasper's future.

🎾 One of the highlights of the ceremony was a special gift from the USTA! Every student in our tennis club received a brand-new tennis racket, giving our young athletes the equipment they need to begin their tennis journey! This generous gesture reinforces the importance of providing our scholars with both opportunities and the tools to succeed.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the USTA, Public Tennis Inc., and our community partners for helping make this vision a reality.

These courts represent more than a new athletic facility. They represent new opportunities, new experiences, and another investment in the brilliance of our scholars!

💙💛 One District. One Vision. One Jasper.
