Pictured are, Sam and Audrey Penner with Dr. Anderson Superintendent. These good folks reached out to JCSD to see how they could help the district with a donation. Upon hearing that there were students that needed help affording the district 'technology fee', that helps with the cost of insurance, software and more, they immediately sprung into action. They petitioned their neighbors and raised $1680 to help families in need pay for the tech fee. This money will help 48 students have a new laptop in their home to use to participate in class. The district is overwhelmed by the generosity of our neighbors. We are thankful that this community is directly invested in our students future.
