The Jasper County School District Technology Department uses 1to1plus to keep track of all assets, it's usage, and the repairs made. This is where all tech support requests will be made in order to have repairs with district issued devices or any technology. This is also an accountability tool for the number of assets we have within the school/district. There is a new way to submit tickets within 1to1plus. It is much easier than before!
