The donations were collected from Hardeeville community members by Mrs. Martha Spisso in honor of her late husband. They collected over $1100. The donations will support assistance extended to students who need help paying the district's $35 technology fee. The technology fee is used to supplement the insuring, maintenance and replacement costs of the district's take-home devices.

we want to welcome you Mississippi Zone here and special definitely occasion where we are literally expired to be here today to accept and honor all our lay councilman David Speedo and the purpose of us being here definitely it's because we want to definitely can can you choose to honor mistress b-cells and the love that he had for Jasper County School District but also for the children in Jasper County School District that's part of that and how mrs. be so and his family decided to do that a long way William to honor something for our children here in Jasper County school district and the most needed things for us was to ensure that our students had the opportunity to excel with technology and so we have a technology be in our district a $35 per child and so in lieu of flowers the technology fund is being supported by mr. speed so and this is be so in honor of him and Mary Williams and so we are so excited to certainly be here today to accept the gift I'm on today that will be used to support our children who are in need and cannot afford to pay the technology fee for their technology device and so without further Ado was able to benefit benezette restaurant in the school Gaston County school board and his friends and family donated money to this very needed fun and very well fine thank you thank you Mary Williams mrs. Pedro gave Mart address I think it's appropriate to say also not only is this gift in honor of David but just last week when we could go this morning the city of Hardeeville delivered school supplies Gru from a little box in Sun City that they wow well he turned it off and turned it off city of parties on parks and recs hope it's been a growth process but the seed was planted by counsel to the checks cuz there's 11 slightly over $1,100 so it will help absolutely oh my goodness thank you all so much Mary Mary Williams Mrs feisel and family and friends supporters you have to Echo what Mary Williams said when sweet this Elizabeth campaign was truly a blessing to our district in our students and our families living in a time that we're living in currently right now every little bit certainly help and support our students and our job as our school history is to make sure that do the vision in the work that we do that we get service and so through service you know and working with me or Williams continues who has a strong supporter of our school system is really and truly been an honor and a bear excitement you know I saw the pictures you know of all of the materials and items and even one of the principles call Blake really miss her really called and said we have so much. and it literally was just like Christmas and soul we are thankful we're very humbled and honored that again Sun City Parks and Rec can all of the donor to come together to bless our students here in Jasper County because that's what is all about we are only here for children for children and that is our main focus and will continue with that and so again on the behalf of our School Board of Education myself Administration here we stepped over the over $1,100 for the technology fun that as we move forward we're going to invite mrs. be so bad to a board meeting along with me and family and we want to definitely begin honor mr. C cell and this technology fun in his name for years to come and so that all of us can take part in honoring the service that mistress Piezo stood for engaged but also the love that he certainly four children and continuing their education to be the best that they can be so I'm going to call for our finance director Miss Jennifer Carter because I can't do anything with that's fine but we want to restore near William and friends and family and this is Cesar so that we will do what is right you will receive again some documentation for the Fun Tan then share with you the amount of student that we were able to bless with the sign so that you can again see exactly what this out for means to us and our gifts on the behalf again mrs. Cecil and mistress Pizzo and Mary Williams and friends we want to present that has cards and please just deposit to our schools and find out what to do with her in need of the support and to have over $1,100 is a is a blessing you know I want to say this you know as well as we stand here this is not 400 or attack this is truly who misses Baeza was he was about action and service and you know if it's one thing to talk about what you want to do but it's another thing to do it and make it happen and be a part of the process be a part of solving you know anything that we certainly need to stop again on the behalf of children so I can't echo in the same that we have the ominous in our spirit that we convey again the moment of love and kindness that you have shown and just the character in Grace of you being here and able to stand on the behalf thank thank you so much thank you thank you in Plant City friends and community in parks and recs thank you consistently for thinking about Jasper County School District always and anytime I called your always there and I want to let you know that it means so much to know that we have I think they only like you support our children that support our District School Board of Education our families here are student as well as our Administration
