Anderson our staff members who have been chosen by their building level leaders for the service in work that day provide to our district our students and community if I'm the custodial supervisor for Jasper County Schools this month's staff Spotlight is Preston heart he's a custodian at Hardeeville Elementary custodian that has been here about six months and he's been excelling and everything that we give him to do you work with multiple sites are dependable and now we're lucky to have you once again this month stamp Spotlight is present location very long time like 30 years now pretty close to there and she shows up every single day she's got the best of intentions for everything she always puts in whatever you need to do to make it all happen turn on you last 13 months if I got everybody asking but I'm Seneca bangs I am the interim director services in Berkeley ministrator and then we would like to highlight the head nurse Michelle Wright with Wright has bought a wealth of experience and dedication control coz I'm really leveled up our game and garden Wellness services that we provide for our students exceptional job providing the nurses and make sure that we're documenting students are receiving adequate Services thank you so much for all your hard work thank you for being you and not come to the patients and only intentions I appreciate your fealty login Fidelity to your kids can you characters nonpareil and ours type patches onto this operation I value your parents and I cherish you duration for Jasper County School District High School. night light for the month is dr. Oliver Murphy background in biology Sebring come to life with her stupid she's very meticulous above and beyond for her she is very knowledgeable in the content she brings her class to life she's very passionate about what she does love her and they respect her so much so for this month I salute our staff member of the month doctor Paula Murphy is one Jasper Spotlight is on Miss Tiffany wall Child Development lead teacher Miss wall is an exceptional teacher and colleagues to close above and beyond with her students and fellow colleagues midwall is a teacher that always puts the students first he does a great job with testing and ensuring that our child development department is going very smoothly we appreciate you and we still don't miss Tiffany wall for the month of May thank you for all that you do and Ras I am and for the month of May I am it I have one of our file Premier model features here at Harding Middle School she is truly an asset that we do to make sure that our school encouraging empowering and elevating our students comes to life on a daily basis she is more than willing to go above and beyond the Call of Duty and even if it is last minute TSR diligently as her grade level lead teacher and she works to ensure that everyone on her team remains aligned to the vision and that they remain students and future Focus diligently also asked the director of our after-school program where she hold for the month of May I am excited to other than the Sharon bush as our staff Spotlight spotlighting Veronica Espinoza if you think of somebody who does everything in the spirit of thank you kudos to everyone that was spotlighted in May congratulations continue doing a great job entertain the motion for approval of the consent agenda so move Madam chair I like to make a motion for the approval of the consent agenda play music with rain and second by Majel to approve the consent agenda are there any questions what's new all the road again the boat yeah Daryl yes yes yes I would like to abstain or accuse myself because I wasn't present at the last May and the first meeting I have trouble getting into it so I'm going to abstain recuse myself Miss Riley yes because tumor Carolyn building yes lolling sorry I thought it called your name is wrong so it's affirmative that this motion passed mr. Has joined us I'm in nor have I received the report for this month and so I'm unable to share any information at this time you have to report and I'm here you're here no I'm good evening Center is everyone is aware as complete nut way there's classes being held in that facility now the the only thing is any warranty issues come up there being Frasier control construction is addressing those are there I've been very many issues that I'm aware so it I think that facility has been operating as planned as far as the storm drain repairs at Hardy Bill Webb to contractor now working on cleaning that system and Cameron that system they're working through some issues with there's a little more water than was expected in the system as well as I think they run into an alligator in one so they are working through those issues and getting those issues addressed as soon as they're able to complete cleaning that system and Cameron it then we'll be able to put together a recommendation on the final route that system needs and then last but not least as far as the facade repairs at Hardeeville in Richland we had originally noted in our previous report that we have reached out to Matson and Associates which was the designer ask for a proposal from them to come in and do some additional investigative work just to ensure that the repairs we have planned are arguing resolved the issues we receive that Pro proposal and we've all also reached out to another firm REI to basically for born deformed. View that same ottoman submitted a proposal once we have both of those proposals in hand will be able to put something together and get it through the superintendent for review Play the song metal chair warranty issues is it not many but my concern is fate of your having any at this point that we just occupied the building is that something we should be concerned about about 25 years family sylheti you're always going to have a couple things I mean either lights that don't work or things that bugs that more or less need to be worked out and like I said it Fraser construction they they responded every time anything's come up but I don't like being one or two items to date that I'm aware of so with us being 6 months into the building being completed and only having a couple items I I think that says a lot for the quality of the facility I don't think you have anything to wear about I'll hold you to that one yes ma'am not a problem that was a good question is Daisy and to piggyback on that question all warranty on most of all the work that was done how many we get one year from the date of the building prayer yes sir of Subs the things you can place in your right what about eggs Be A C units in all those appendices and stuff like that more than a year on those on some things you do on compressor some stuff there too Khalid somewhere around five years but the overall Morton Building warranty basically encompassing everything is one year and then there are some special warranties on like your windows in your glazing your storefront some of the hardware hbac there's multiple items like you mentioned that do you have longer warranties thank you are any other questions Dennis DePue Irina thank you mr.
