Office of Operations
Technology
Each school has been assigned an on-site technician for the purpose of maintaining technology in the classrooms, labs, guidance and other administrative functions. Every teacher and administrator has an email account that has been created and passwords reset. Teachers take attendance through Class XP, an administrative tool that saves time and insures accuracy. Computer labs at the schools have been updated and in some cases, new labs have been established. Training opportunities have been provided for members of the district technology staff relative to SASI, an administrative tracking technology that has been implemented across the state and, a SASI consultant was brought into the district for a short period of time to help the staff with the intricacies of the SASI program. CSI, the accounting system used by the district, has been updated.
Maintenance
SchoolDude, the tracking system implemented last year, continues to provide efficiency and effectiveness to the maintenance program. The district currently has an approximate 79% completion percentage and has fielded over four hundred work requests during the current school year. Plumbing and electrical issues continue to make up the bulk of the requests.

Environmental Services
All "environmental specialists" have been extremely busy this school year as the district has changed its custodial supplier. As a result, new products and associated cleaning methodologies have been implemented and the results have been outstanding. The appearance and cleanliness of the school facilities are thought to be the best in the last ten years.
