large is School in the district is 785 386 Hispanic and 335 African-American currently enrollment for the district is 2792 and it is steadily growing probably update because as of yesterday we had two families in Richmond Elementary we went by there and several over here in the heart of the old. I'm rolling it so that is really growing really a truly and so we're really happen if to try and keep up with that so-called principles are looking at classifieds currently to make sure they're looking at teacher-student ratio trying to make sure we stay within and under that smart 30 30 individuals classroom for teacher on the front end so that we are not basically having to go back and higher in the enema occasions I'm sorry for cage that I can pull that date up and I can share that with you and our next meeting they're in the store we've highlighted the groups that were the largest yeah that's what we do best we also have agent so there are several ethnicities that we can certainly handle but those were the two largest of the missing teens the next powerful the next Friday that you have we thought it was very much so important for us to highlight exactly what we are spending on our pupil as begin looking at the general fund budget in which the more certainly does approved so then you have a general idea from the unsaid and we were able to track from 2006 from this and this data directly from the report card offline on the state department's website you seen this deep before what we provided to you initially with the gave you the sheet initially when did the data presentation weather report car ratings from the beginning to Kearney where we certainly all are okay her school and so call me right now and so you will see the years they are at the very top you start again with 2006 and it goes all the way into a 220 2024 of course we don't have the data for 2024 and in when you see that there is an NA that's because on the route Target sell stuff online for the state it is actually not listed and so we were not able to find that information in the far left-hand and right-hand the 2024 the writing is very small that I do want to let you know what that very first column that first box there that is 2% the very top where you see the percent that is percent of expenditures for construction okay that's the extent what's the percent of what we spent for expenditures for instruction and then that very second boss is the total per pupil expenditure so the questions were how much are we spending per pupil how much are we spending on instruction so you were able to track that per year so if we were to take let's just take a 2007 okay 2007 Charlie Dooley Elementary 9.3% of expenditures on instruction and then they spent $6,571 for pupil expenditure okay 2021 Western States 2019 2019 part of the elementary spent $14,916 perfume okay and then in 2020 part of the oil spent 13000 29 . in 2021 Hardeeville elephant 12,000 okay but they also spent 70.9% of expenditures and it struck a 2021 basement May 7th March 4 % expenditures in 2022 they spent 80.6% in expenditure if you were to drop down to Richmond Elementary you'll see the exact same thing I'll just go through each one those just to make sure we are all on the same page Richland Elementary in 2007 spent 73.2% and total expenditures for instruction and then they also spent six thousand $18 per pupil expenditure and we were to jump over again to 2019 k a l s $13,025 per pupil expenditure so that's how much a people arrived and then if you look at what they speaking instruction it was 30 2020 34.8% total expenses for instruction but they spent $12,189 in 2021 Richey Elementary Spence 79.6% okay for expenditures of instruction and then they spent $12,297.66 if you go over 2022 they spent 82.3% of expenditures for instruction and then $12,173.27 per pupil expenditure and the 2023 they are spending a 3.8% and instruction and that should be because they are the largest school in the district game at those again go down to the report find ratings at that time as well okay so if we were to look at 2006 and Harney Elementary School report card even though they speak spells and 571. a smart car rating was at risk okay and so if you were to jump over to wrestling L Richards been rich and he'll spend $6 and $80 car was at red and then continue all the way through if you were to look at hardenville Junior Senior High School of course we would be looking at 2009 Acadia where they spent 60% and total expenditure Indian 9607. if we were to continue over to 2019 $11,729 and they report card rating at that particular time for the carnival middle school with average okay install continuing on that strand naturally if you were to look at the Richland secondary Academy and then you were look at the carnival Junior Senior High School of course we will start 2012 but I do want to get go go to the direction secondary Academy of Excellence wear in 2009 for that campus 53% was actually spent okay at 65.4% spent at the middle school okay so $9,548 was spent in per-pupil expenditure but then they at the high school at 11512. Ok they are you can see there for the Richland School it was good there okay and then you continue over at least until 2022 or less a 2020 okay you will note that the naturally was 69% okay in expenditures for instruction and they need 2021 with 59.2 and then in 2020 to 860.9 and then in 2023 it was 67.2% all right and so they spent 14658 in 2020 and then $50,527 okay right now they don't have a report card rating because it again that's who has report car recording at the high arrived but you get the gist of where we currently all of what we're spending please definitely spend some time with that if you have questions in this data can be pulled from its next report card open space website and after we pull that information to continue on their the next flight to be program offering update they're looking at planning for the upcoming year where we currently are in regards to our program off with update the touchscreen technology under that was a question about the devices we want to clarify that third through fifth grade students are receiving those devices at Bolles School so they are being rolled out to student definitely Shelton computer last though naturally technology changes almost every day okay so in 2020 do they have touch screen computers in there don't believe that they do but they had the latest technology at that time okay of 2022 Okay so change an old computers out right now is not going to happen in the labs but the students are receiving those through 3rd 4th and 5th grade because those are tested raising those schools okay. Burgess was able to speak with on today okay we'll certainly keep you updated in regards to that was you Sergeant gunny to come over and to support the students here at the heart of the campus that was never be shunned upon by the agency we were asked not to do that so we had to discontinue that so that France based on where we are currently at Hardeeville campus with but meeting with principal Raley on yesterday as a 2024 they are no requests students for French okay there has been the request for Spanish so we're looking at possibly some Spanish teacher so bored the student requests we're following up with our stay because by the time we met with me. I still have that was left with me when I first arrived where they did those these were taken out of the HVAC units that were there and putting them in other parts which is against the law for One Bun what was happening was one side of the building and the other side would be when you resource why that was spending SSE found that we were actually not using the compressors at the should have and other things that were occurring we're unable to acquire the needed equipment that we did I have here to resume go and it works just equipment it was certainly surprised at that time as well and there was a lot that had to be done to our schools painting needed to be done a lot of services that were done when we speak there are several Capital project the SSE in any contractor is responsible for because they do handle the day-to-day operations of our district and so when you say you want a contract that says someone playing either Capital project that that's a capital project person supplies all of those things come within their scope of work we don't do that if there is a need for us right now we have roots that are growing under the sidewalks if you walk over here to the side of the heart evil entrance the routes to the trees are buckling under the building that is a project that we have to bring back to board for dancing move forward to remove tree because we do have to pay for it otherwise we can be paying for side of them and so those are things that they have to do because there is no there's no one else to do with number one a licensed and certified plumber we don't employ any of those they have a license and certified electrician they're responsible so when these lights and there is an issue those that Campbell's all of that and so if there is something that has to be done over the summer for example if the carpet in here needs to be replaced that is a small capital projects that they would be responsible for work for the summer we would of course bring that back to you and I agree with you have never calling me and transparent but the time of this contract after you are correct and in and I'm going to agree with you it would be a disservice because we are heading in to play this season the chances of you getting someone in here to take on a concert it's not going to happen it just says it and so I have no problem we have a procurement officer that is now in and finding and that would be their responsibility for pulling all kinds right it's not the only one that's coming up that we need to make sure that we are head up but this contract and I don't know that I can't bring it back to the Wolves I don't remember bringing it back to the mall but what I have heard was a concern around the track is ending but here again it is ending in November and so he understood of any contractor agreement if you don't say something to me by December one in my class what do you mean any contract or agreement if it is not something that we've given a 65 day notice one per their contract to terminate either party then that contract can continue without the month and it's not a contract continuing where discontinuing service at the club what is the only boy it is but the service is that they are offering they have been offering and they are continuing those service to offer the service and yes we are getting a bit out as as soon as we can and we
